Welcome back to the Six Pack Factory Fitness Channel where we make getting a six pack fast, easy and fun!
Join us for today’s 15-min fat burning dumbbell workout so you can burn belly fat while building muscle. You can do this workout with just 2 dumbbells at home or in the gym. This one's a fun one!
WORKOUT STRUCTURE
WORKOUT - 15 Minutes Total
Dumbbell Swings X 16
Dumbbell Bicep Curl X 16
Push Press X 16
Gorilla Swings X 16
REST 30 SECONDS
Repeat circuit for 15 minutes

omg! I randomly thought of this channel and thought to check if there was a follow along video for this exact routine. I remembered liking it but adult life, I have too many things Im thinking about as Im trying to keep track of my reps on my own. This is amazing. Thank you. I plan to update my comment in a few weeks with some results. Starting off at 94kg. Hoping I can knock off maybe 2 or 3kg(6lbs at max) in about 3 weeks or so

I agree. Never confuse simple with easy by the way. The best workout, is always going to be the one you actually will do. Too complicated can kill the motivation for many. Personally I prefer simple, functional, and effective workouts. I workout for health and daily life function. Which in my opinion should be the main focus. 🙂

It's going to be different for each person. You want your weights heavy enough to give you a challenge, but light enough that you can do each movement with full control of the movement for 16 reps.

It is deceptively difficult. All the moves are simple, the routine is simple, but it is a hard workout. I hope you enjoyed the challenge!

Will. This reduce belly size? If followed regularly?? Is this enough or have to do extra exercise

If done regularly, you should see a reduction in belly size. Give this workout a try 3 times a week for the next 4 weeks and see what happens. Report back here and let us know the results :)

Some year ago I follow Peter and start 21 days fat loss challenge and result awesome I loose 10 to 15 kg in just 1 month. Pls start 1 month challenge again.

Peter retired about a year ago. My name is Nadia (the voice on the video) and I stepped into leadership of the company when Peter retired. Fortunately, Peter left an arsenal of training videos that will continue to be used on the KZbin channel (that's still him showing the moves in the video) and all of his at-home fitness programs are still available to join. I'm still in contact with Peter and if at any time he decides to come out of retirement, his home is still here with us at Six Pack Factory.

I hope that despite that, HE is just fine, or at least that HE is getting better so that HE can return for/with this channel! Very good and nice that YOU, NADIA, are now (temporarily) taking over this channel from HIM, and I wish YOU lots of success and fun with that!!! Anyway, I will continue to follow YOU with this channel!

Add in rest days to help with recovery, but you can definitely use it as your main workout as much as you would like.
