I’m 28 and a dad to 3. This workout was nice and short. Added some weights to make it more challenging for me. But I really appreciate your calm, encouraging, and fun nature.

I am 68 and do your workouts for 1 hour every morning. Can't even begin to tell you how great I feel! I recently purchased some exercise resistance bands and was wondering if you could do a video using these? They see pretty cool. Again, thank you for how much you help me every day.

This was exactly what I was looking for as it involved all body parts plus cardio. I used my 3 pound weights which challenged me. I plan to up my weights as I repeat this one more and more. Thanks Schellea!

Pre-Covid this workout would have been easy for me, but Post-Covid I am struggling with it. Sick for 3 weeks. Feeling all my 68 years. But I know this will improve and I love your workouts. I usually do just over an hour per day and am working to get back there. One day at a time.

I was doing a bit more intense workouts before I had abdominal surgery. These workouts are perfect to help me to ease back into it. Those crab walks and swat side toe touches really gave me a good burn. Thanks for the fun workouts!

Gosh finially Shelly started wrk out after nw hve flu after double COVID infections just done 2 lots of back stretches knee stretch two 10 minute hits one cardio then yr 15 minute hit I’m buggered but feel good as hve done aerobics five times this week as well starting to get my fitness will start the 14 day challenge in another week as I hve back hip problems yr exercise works for me hope yr hve great day and we are all better hve yiu in our life as yr a lovely kind bubbly lady

Excellent workout. I injured my foot recently so had to do this from a seated position. Except for the squats, I was able to follow along. And I still feel like I got a good workout.

I just had to substitute a different exercise for those where pressure is put on the knees...do you think you could add a side-by-side accomodation like you have in the past? For overweight people, any exercises that stress the knees can hurt and stop our exercising for a long time!
