Finally, I managed to finish the whole 15-minute workout, and it took me 2 weeks to do so. i can barely go through the first 3 minutes of this video when I first started. I'm so proud of myself!

When you get up late but don’t want to feel like a slug because you missed a workout, this is perfect. I’ve discovered I can do just about anything for 20 seconds! (Except full push up and sit ups are right out.). This channel has become my favorite. I used to do a lot of PopSugar, but their chattiness annoyed me. This is perfect, and I’m feeling more confident in my abilities after every workout. Thanks!!

Literally didn’t work out for the last 30 days cause I couldn’t bring myself to in the midst of full time work and full time school. But I’m back at it. Todays day 1 and I was absolutely crushed by this workout. Took a few extra breaks but made sure to get the whole thing in. I’ll be back tmrw and try to see if I can crush it. Hi Juice and Toya I am teaching a PE class to 10th-12th graders online. We just finished up a yoga unit and for Valentines week we started a heart health unit. Our first day was your "15 min. Full body Cardio Workout (no equipment)". You two did great! What made it work for us both genders represented, at least 2 levels (Toya, we see you wanting to step it up, lol), dressed appropriately (often the exercise videos have to much skin to show to a group of public school students), incorporated all the major areas of the body, music with no words, a timer on right side, and showing the next movement on the right side with the name of the exercise, lastly it did not need equipment (many of the students do not have access to exercise equipment). This is very helpful and appreciated because, as the teacher I do not have the right cameras and or sounds to make videos, not to mention I am not as young or fit as I use to be. If possible it would be great if there was different ages with you 6 ft. apart of course. This could promote families joining in the 15min. interval fun time! Take care and thank you.

Honest use of the countdown Dual levels of difficulty A positive atmosphere with a great level of commentary The previews were fantastic The exercise itself left me feeling good. I went from 57kg to 52kg by doing this cardio and eating in a calorie deficit for 3-4 months last year. Sadly though, I gained most of them weight back again (currently at 56kg) from overeating that I think was caused due to stress since this year has been pretty rough for me. I stopped working out and lived my days sedentarily but now I'm back and ready to reset everything. Keep going guys, you got this.

I hope you are a small person; 92 pounds is pretty light. So, take care on how much you lose. I made that mistake once. I was 118 at 5’4”. I got to 102 which was definitely not good. I went back up to 112 and I felt perfect.

I know that I’m late to the game right now with this particular post and work out, I’ve been doing you guys for a little while here and there and it’s been great. But here’s the thing, I like it so much better when you guys actually talk into the camera. Sometimes when it’s too quiet, I find it that it’s harder to work out when it’s too silent. I love the fact that you guys were talking the whole time! Please make videos where you guys are talking a little bit more maybe. Anyway, thank you for the workouts! 😅

I really love this exercise. I have been doing this workout for 3 months and trying to eat healthy i got weight-loss results Thanks to this workout i LOVE exercising. It's great and not to long best workout ever i can feel ny heart raising and won't do other exercises.

Really appreciate that you give an easier version of each exercise, I'm a heavy guy and I struggle with certain exercises, but I was able to follow along to this with no problems at all, doing a bit of A and a bit of B 🙌 definitely coming back to this workout, got the blood pumping! I highly recommend wrapping up the session with a refreshing cold shower to invigorate further! Thanks guys!

Thank you for this episode. I didn't believe it at first, but towards the end of 1st set Circuit 2, I was sweating! I am so in need of a proper cardio workout. Appreciate the narrative and modifications! I also followed your pre-workout warm up before this and now I feel my abs are burning!

Well, This was a fun one xx I have really but really strong asthma that almost ended my life when I was a child. I love workouts so much but tbh to keep going during some cardio’s can be really hard. This one is just a start of my 90min daily workout routine but wow. Just wow. The durations were so well made, the breaks well long enough to catch some breath Just wow Thank you a lot for this one xx

Day 1: i have a history of working out so i made it to the 9 minute mark, i also did some skipping before starting the workout! I'll be updating my progress to remind myself how far I've come.

I love yalls videos but I dont often do cardio workouts from this channel but omg this workout was really good! it was intense but felt very short and it definitely was still an effective workout! i really enjoyed this and will be doing it again my next cardio day lol

I wanted to go to the gym but didn't have enough time so I searched for a short cardio workout. Couldn't find anything better !!! thanks for this short but more than effective workout ! Enjoyed it, will do it more often

Thanks for the lovely cardio workout. 1st timer here. I am a yoga instructor from West Michigan, and need some good cardio in my life. I will for sure check out some of your conditioning workouts as well. great cues, upbeat attitude. I will be back. Namaste
