Thank you Dean, I've been using lots of your free content now for about 2 years. I don't have spare cash as I'm not working and have some chronic health issues, but with my doctor's blessing much of the beginner content, done several times per week, has helped with my mobility and pain relief. I'm proud of myself for keeping up with the exercises. Apologies for just using the freebies. I’m going to try and see how I do, I have been suffering with Anxiety/panic disorder which led to Cardiophobia and severe panic attacks I’m at a point in my recovery where I need to start exercising but I go into a state of panic every time my heart rate goes up I keep prolonging starting If you can recommend a video or two that you think might be a good way to start Thanks

Shew. One of my favorites. Very challenging 15 minutes for me, and feels great after a few months of inconsistent but consistent following routines on this channel. The difference they make are whatever you make of doing yoga. I enjoy it

Great job Dean! I was able to do all the poses but couldn't hold them as long as you did. I was a little tired when I began. I did yard work and took a three-mile hike before, not that I'm making excuses...Thanks dean.

Balancing poses such as these make it obvious that our bodies are not symmetrical. One side is always better than the other, which is perfectly normal. Typically, our stronger side is also our dominant hand.
