Join me for this 15 minute gentle flow yoga session where we will begin by connecting to our breath, and then connect breath and movement. We will have a shifting focus for the practice that will cover our necks, spines, hips and shoulders. This practice is not too much and not too little in the way of intensity and is great if you are short on time but are still looking to fit some yoga into your day. So grab you mat, any blocks, straps or supports you might need (or want) and lets go!
