Hi! Join me and Calla as we build Strength and Flexibility in this short 15 minute gentle flow practice for shoulders, back and legs. We jump right in so grab your mat and join me in strengthening your back, legs, arms and shoulders and gaining flexibility along the way! You may even get a chuckle or two watching Calla and her silly shenanigans as we move thru our yoga practice today! This sequence is good for all levels all of the poses are easily accessible to beginners and seniors.
