My past and future self thank you, Joe! You helped me lose 2 stone over lockdown and more importantly, by doing your workouts a few times a week, I’ve kept it off. I have infinitely more energy, mental strength and positivity after doing your workouts in the morning before I start work. You and your family and team deserve absolutely every success for helping me and countless other people like me! Bravo, Joe and thank you! 👏🏼

Hi Joe, Thank you for these videos and motivation. I am 61 and started last week every morning doing HIIt. I started it for my mental health, and physical health. I have list 25kg and got the same to go. Your video really supports my mental health, against negative thinking like I will never get fit and it's too late. Have a great week

Thank you Joe for these 15 min workouts. I am knocking 68 and have PD. .I These short gentle exercuses are great and make me feel better every time. Just hope you can keep these coming

I love these 15 minutes work outs. I had to to laugh though, my arms and legs were everywhere during the star jumps and knees up one!

If I may suggest Joe, I think it would be great if you could wear a microphone or put up a microphone closer to you in order for your voice to be heard more clearly because there is a lot of reverb in that room. Besides that, all great mate!
