Thank you for this. I'm 60 years old and finding that a hula hooping workout is not only for physical fitness ,it's perfect for mental fitness/ brain train for focus and clarity. Get rid of the meds which make you a zombie. It's an awesome way to start off the morning. The rhythm is therapeutic. You can't help but smile when you're doing it, which is great for relieving anxiety and depression, replacing it with a feeling of exuberance.

Is it important to do both your strong and weaker side?
@hoopplusfitwithscarlett77873 жыл бұрын
Good question! Yes! If you hoop regularly you will start to feel your core strength improve and particularly your back. However when we hoop in one direction we don't work the muscles evenly across the core. So its a good idea to hoop in both directions in order to ensure even muscle development. In extreme cases, when a person trains for hours every day, this could even cause injury. If you are not hooping very often it won't make much of a difference. However hooping in your weaker direction also helps to improve the good direction. So its totally worth it and does get easier 😉
