I've always been leery of interval training, but slowly I've come to keep up with its demands and relish its recuperative intermittent slower pace. A nice routine at a time of day when I was feeling rather slow. After having been revved up by this routine, it was delicious to be so aware of the rest...Anastasia

I've just completed this 7-day series! I've been rather sedentary due to my Rheumatoid Arthrits but I've been told I need to get moving more to strengthen my muscles to help better support my joints. I found your videos and loved the varying degrees of intensity but all geared to people with age/health related needs. Your easy, friendly manner and gentle encouragement is just what I need. In my 20’s I learned a lot about exercise and discovered interval training...made a big difference!
