Today's flow is a 15 minute Full Body Pilates Workout which will leave you feeling strong and energised. Take breaks when you need, listen to your body, and move from a place of love and gratitude. Well, I did manage to smile, as requested! But those rolls to a standing position - not sure I could have managed that even before my hip replacements...so I continued to rock 'n roll - nice feeling. Thanks!

That was short and fiery for sure! I liked it and found it challenging! Still new to pilates but loving it! Thanks for putting another pilates vid into the works!✌

@@ashleymfreeman Ha Ha! No snow yet! But yes to warm room. Love working out in a dimmer setting with minimal distractions. Always looking at star or moon lit mountains. Thank you for this opportunity!
