Good morning, Kseny! I really appreciate hearing and reminding myself of the three principles in Qigong: Do no harm, less is more, and what's the third one? Is it Listen to Your Body? It's so important, because I have an old pattern of pushing my body too hard and then hurting myself. Qigong helps me to heal my heart, mind, body, and soul, especially with you as the teacher!
