We are picking up the pace today with this fiery practice! Get ready to fire up the core, strengthen and lengthen the body and get a sweat on...only 15 minutes but we are going to work HARD! Enjoy :)
If you're brand new to yoga I'd recommend checking out some of my other multi level classes first but of course you can give it a go if you'd like to and take breaks when you need by pausing the video.

I will definitely be checking your other videos now. This is exactly what I need sometimes, quick and sweaty. Most of the videos I find are longer and STILL don't make my body feel the way this one did

wow!! This was an epiphany-like class for me-----going from boat to plow..I got my feet to the floor for the first time and it felt great and "correct"--thank you so much for this amazing teaching moment! I've taken plow tutorials and was never able to properly position myself and this move did it. Thank you!!!!!

Your videos are amazing. I have been doing Yoga for a little over a year. My instructor is really into form and yours is great. I continue to work on basically 4 things (hips, hamstring, shoulders, core) Thanks for the videos
