As someone else already commented, I wanted a simple yoga routine to aid my marathon training that was focused on the shapes rather than the spiritual side (As I already meditate ect). Most videos go on far to long. They ate good but it's like the equivalent of running a marathon. This great routine is like running a few miles nd is the perfect thing routine to start to form a habit.
