I absolutely loved everything about this workout! The moves, the pep talk, I decided to run instead of walking, I thought this contributed to a higher intensity workout and most of all, I loved Princess Sultana! Thank you so much.

My cat (Princess) Arya was so interested in watching princess Sultana! She was waiting for her when she left the room and right up at the tv when she came back. I had a good workout and my cat enjoyed it too!

Hi Lucy, Just completed your Reduce Cholesterol workout for the 1st time as I'm very immobile a lot of the day so it made my legs ache as well as making me a bit out of breath due to severe asthma. Really enjoyed your pace and Princess Sultana helping too, thank you so much ❤🐈‍⬛ 🐾 xx

Just found this, was all very do-able and nice you have a easy to see time, and can see what's next, also your calm voice ,I do wonder how much you should excerise every day 15 mins or less also will look at the recipes, I've been on a diet 6mths and reversed my bad cholesterol result but obviously I have to continue with that .

Ms Lucy last week's workout worked wonders though I had to skip one day due to my acidity problem. Now can you do 7 minutes workouts again with full body toning? My knees are still a bit painful.

Hi had a stroke dox put me on statins to control cholesterol but do t smoke drink so can only be weight and blood pressure Did this despite having weak leg ❤

Morning Lucy, great workout.. I love your walking workouts and you have so many to choose from... I really felt my legs theighs and glutes working which was added bonus. The workout was amazing.. Thank you also for giving us info on lowering our levels.. But I agree we have to take control of our health and our mind is certainly powerful. Being consistent you will definitely see results as no quick fixes.. Thank you for all you do x❤x

Can here because I am getting blood work done in January 2025 When I did my last blood work back in January 2024 my Total Cholesterol was - 216mg/dl - (High) Reference Range is 100-199mg/dl Triglyceride was - 97mg/dl - (Normal) Reference Range is 0/149mg/dl HDL was - 38mg/dl - (Low) Reference Range is >39mg/dl VLDL Cholesterol Cal was - 18mg/dl - (Normal) Reference Range is 5-40mg/dl LDL was - 160mg/dl - (High) Reference Range is 0-99mg/dl I was prescribed Pravastatin 20mg by my doctor but i stopped taking them like 2 months after the blood test and opt for some lifestyle changes and started walking around my neighborhood so after scheduling my next blood test for January 2025 i started walking 2-4 miles a day just last month and this is my 3rd week so far did 3 mile walks this week plus a 2 mile walk this past Monday last Friday I did a 4 mile walk I can keep doing this every this every week until my appointment in January hopefully i could bring down my Total Cholesterol and my LDL numbers without medication. I’m a 31 y/o guy that weighs between 125-130 pounds and 5’7

hi - Pretty impressed with your cholesterol reducing 15-minute workout. But sorry, have a little doubt, can you please clarify. I am seeing your multiple videos on 15-minute workout on naturally reducing cholesterol. Little confused. Can you confirm, which one of your 15-minute workout is the best for reducing bad cholesterol. And a question. Is 15-minute workout enough to reduce the bad cholesterol. Please advise as I have got high cholesterol and am badly wanting to naturally reduce bad cholesterol by workout. Thanks.

This one ✔️ and I do say 15 minutes is a doable amount of time and it is the consistency that is key ✔️ This workout is safe as you just use body weight so you can also do this twice in one day. 🙅🏼‍♀️
