I was diagnosed with pre diabetes in August . I came home and said to myself I don’t want to be a self induced diabetic. So looked for some diabetic exercises and found you. Along with changing my diet and consuming less alcohol and exercising using one of your videos everyday. I have lost 16 Ibs To date. My blood pressure is lower and I feel so much fitter . This was a FABULOUS workout, Caroline! I love all of your routines but I particularly enjoyed the reverse lunge with upper body rotation, the Skater Lunges and the Rainbow Waves at the end. And even though I do the shorter routines throughout the day, I am SORE, SORE for a few days afterward! (Which surprised me at first. 😂) I am so thankful for you! Thank you for sharing with us on You Tube; I am a Licensed Massage Therapist of (9) years with a solo business of the last (4) years. I recommend your videos to my clients every chance possible. Hi from Australia! I've been doing floor exercises for the last few weeks on my own working on building strength back in my legs after an illness. But I wanted to get off of the floor for a change and do some standing workouts. I really enjoyed this low impact workout. I was able to stand the whole time. I didn't have to modify in a seated position at all! I haven't been able to do that for a while. I'm so happy! And I felt the burn and kept my heart rate up so I know I'm on the right track. This will be my new midday workout for a while. Thanks, Caroline 😊

I have just completed thia video and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I have bad knees so dropping my lknees to the ground makes them complain. I listen to how they are feeling and adapt which means I am unable to go very low but a gentle half lower works for me thank you.
