Good morning Lucy 🌞 hope you are all well. This was a great way to start the week, loved the visuals and really helpful mind/energy boosting tips alongside. My personal favourite funny film It's a Mad Mad World, (original) and if people can take a walk in nature during the day, I don't think that anything can beat that. We are fortunate to have a field opposite our house and can take a lunchtime walk, helps the mind and body 😊. A great work out to start the working week 😅😅. Sometimes I do other walking work outs where presenter provides outlandish steps count, never matches my Fitbit!. Thank you so much for everything and being true❤❤

LOL. I was doing this routine today and thought that wow she's really going fast, my metabolism must really be slowing down or something. And then I remembered, I'd been watching a podcast that was a bit long-winded so I'd sped up the video by a quarter. Sure enough it had kept that setting. Ha. Guess that's one way to get through a 15 minute workout in 12 minutes, or something like that. Glad I'm not slowing down, too!

The exercise on one of your videos where we dip (squat) is not easy on my knees. It causes pain. Any suggestions for knee exercises to strengthen knees. I walk briskly, about a 16 minute a mile walk 3 to 5 miles a day. but would like balance exercises and gentle knee exercises. Any kind of squats exercises causes pain. I’m a new viewer and just subscribed to your program. Any suggestions from some of your previous workout videos? I do use my arms during my walking routine. It’s raining today so I’m glad to have these stay at home walking workouts. I use my walking time to pray and listen to my Bible, and Christian authors and podcasts I like, and uplifting, positive music. Thanks.
