I just found you a few weeks ago! Have done a 7 day challenge and now starting a new one! I love your moves and how real and down to Earth you are! I love you accent and that you're 50 and confident... I just turned 50 this year and it was hard for me... Getting used to the changes in my body and not being able to have children anymore 😢... But with your workouts I am feeling strong again and seeing some positive changes in my body and gaining that confidence back for this next chapter! Thank you! Also love the 7 minutes, 7 exercises! Thank you for this. It was a nice stretch. I liked seeing your cat pop in a couple of times, too. I especially appreciate some of your standing leg workouts, because sometimes my own cat pounces on my stomach if I try to work out while lying on a mat.

Thank you for this Lucy. Just to check all your toning videos count as strength work to build muscles. Everyone talks about doing weights over 40 to build muscle we are naturally losing and to help reduce visceral fat. Body weight exercises daily are sufficient? Also do you have any tips for exercising during the month of Ramadan. This is the first time i will be doing both together.

Bodyweight is still weight and these moves strengthen our muscles and bones (and are actually safer on your joints) so we don't need to use extra weight when we do bodyweight - and I will look at creating a playlist for Ramadan 💕💕

Your body weight videos are what I am advocating for my patients. That is so kind re a Ramadan playlist. I was thinking of concentrating on doing 2 of 5 minute body weight videos and do 5 minutes cardio. I exercise daily thanks to you and wish to continue this throughout Ramadan.
