Highly recommended for people who want to trim down. Especially with back problems. No extreme twisting and turning. The stretching at the end is also helpful. At the end you may experience some balancing problem with only one foot on the ground but you can gently lean on a table top if needed. Thank you.

29, 01 2024 Hurray, Jules, I did it! I noticed that I was slightly out of sync with you at times, being slower but the main thing is I managed to do it. I hope and plan this week to be different from that hopeless last week where I hardly exercised. I started a new week. 😃

FAB-O!!! Always love it when you come up with a new routine! I especially like it when you've devised some different arm-leg movements, that keep my arms moving in different directions, in different combinations! Makes the ol' brain pan fire on [mostly] all cylinders! The lateral leg raise, with the arm extensions sorta makes me look like a flapping albatross...but no one can see me, so I flap away!

THANK YOU!!!! I'm 67 and in bad health, I walk with a cane and on really bad days I use a rollator. This is something I think that I might be able to do and do regularly.

Awesome and Wonderful! Thanks for this one! Nine weeks out with the new knee and this one strengthens all those leg muscles I'm working on, plus balance! and ...,amazingly, I was able to reach my heal on that leg during quadriceps stretching! And this is so much more FUN than Pt (which I do regardless).

I like the use of backing tracks. They give a good beat but make you focus on the moves.. I tend to sing along with Springsteen and Abba.....My day has got off to a good start. Thanks, Jules.

All of the workouts on my channel are free. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. If you found this one a bit too challenging, I'd like to suggest to go to the 'gentle level' playlists and start with those. There are plenty to choose from and you'll build up strength and stamina with those.

Yet another MAGIC Monday! This one flew by so fast I'll redo it with the light arm weights so thanks for giving the heads up on that. Thank you also for sneaking in the one-legged moves -- always appreciated for balance. The knee lifts with arms out straight in front really allowed me to focus on abs. You outdid yourself, Jules: so much in such a short timeframe. 💕

I’ve been doing your walking videos for a few years now. They are perfect for my arthritic knees. I change up different videos depending on how my knees are felling. I pushed myself the other day and did the 5000 step video. So happy I did it, it was challenging but not painful which is wonderful for me. Thanks for your videos they have really helped me with my health and weight journey.

Jules, I like this workour SO much that I plan to carry it around in my back pocket (figuratively of course!) For anyone who has issues with muscle stiffness and/or soreness, this workout is perfect. Allof the arm and leg movement to my muscles together warmed me up and loosened my muscles and I can't believe how good my body feels! Thank you!

I'd been having a problem with my gimpy hip about half way through the videos until I finally noticed that you flex your knees and I didn't. Well, all the difference. When I pay attention things work even better. Imagine. Thanks Jules. You rock.

I did your workouts through the second half of my pregnancy with baby #5. I ended up having gestational diabetes, so your shorter workouts were particularly helpful for lowering my blood sugar after a meal. Now, six weeks postpartum, I just did my first postpartum workout to one of your videos!

I used this short workout with light ankle and arm weights on an active recovery day, paired with an abs workout. I will try to do this twice, as per suggested in several comments, good challenge idea. Thank you for all the effort you put in all tthis channel😀
