Highly recommended for people who want to trim down. Especially with back problems. No extreme twisting and turning. The stretching at the end is also helpful. At the end you may experience some balancing problem with only one foot on the ground but you can gently lean on a table top if needed. Thank you.

FAB-O!!! Always love it when you come up with a new routine! I especially like it when you've devised some different arm-leg movements, that keep my arms moving in different directions, in different combinations! Makes the ol' brain pan fire on [mostly] all cylinders! The lateral leg raise, with the arm extensions sorta makes me look like a flapping albatross...but no one can see me, so I flap away!

If you found this one a bit too challenging, I'd like to suggest to go to the 'gentle level' playlists and start with those. There are plenty to choose from and you'll build up strength and stamina with those.

Yet another MAGIC Monday! This one flew by so fast I'll redo it with the light arm weights so thanks for giving the heads up on that. Thank you also for sneaking in the one-legged moves -- always appreciated for balance. The knee lifts with arms out straight in front really allowed me to focus on abs. You outdid yourself, Jules: so much in such a short timeframe. 💕

I’ve been doing your walking videos for a few years now. They are perfect for my arthritic knees. I change up different videos depending on how my knees are felling. I pushed myself the other day and did the 5000 step video. So happy I did it, it was challenging but not painful which is wonderful for me. Jules, I like this workour SO much that I plan to carry it around in my back pocket (figuratively of course!) For anyone who has issues with muscle stiffness and/or soreness, this workout is perfect.
