Thank you for including a summary of the equipment needed (ie. blocks or alternative) at the beginning of the video. Helpful to be best prepared for the sequence of poses.

Dean I really appreciated you’re balance yoga exercises . This one wasn’t as easy on for me but I kept doing it and tried even once more. My balance like said before isn’t that great. So theses kind of vedio’s really do help me. Thank you 🙏 dean

I've always been an evening yoga guy and missed day three, but came back and, per Dean's suggestion that yoga is great in the morning, did #3 today in the morning of day 4. This was my favorite workout so far. With my broken back - T7 is now a 20 degree wedge - it's good to be focusing on my core since everything above T7 is hunched forward a bit and my body is learning how to realign.

Keep at it Mark! Try doing this workout at least 3x a week for a few weeks and you'll definitely see some improvements.

Hey Dean. Awesome routine. What's your view on balance boards for sorts recovery? Difference between the $25 basics to $100 Spr5s Dr suggested? Blackboard foot board for example?

Finding this challenging but enjoying it, currently on day 3 of the 7 day challenge. I started this as I regularly wake up with a stiff neck / tight left side back. I’ve also started waking up with a sore left foot that seems to wake itself up after 5 mins. Any tips? Thanks!

Then this is perfect for you JG! Try doing this workout at least 3X a week. And don't hesitate to modify, using a wall or chair for balance will help you build up the necessary strength.

I know I have issues with ankle mobility, but I didn't really feel anything with the ankle exercises. Some where easy, but for example when I did the downward dog variation I couldn't really bend my ankles enough to feel anything?

This is a full body routine with an ankle and balance focus. If you don’t try to do anything differently with your ankles or focus there, you might not feel much (as you did). You might need to push yourself harder. Also, this isn’t an ankle mobility workout - more focused on stability.

@@ManFlowYoga Thanks for the quick response. I tried to focus and do the exercises as you described them. But I couldn't really stretch my shins or at least I didn't feel anything specific, so I wondered if I shouldn't expect more from this ankle exercises or if I might missed something. Thanks for clearing this up: focus was on balance and stability, not mobility.

Great video. Thank you. I am looking for more flexivility and no pain trough yoga. Is it any kind of pre exercises to get more flexibility before do yoga? I am virgin about yoga things. I'd be thankfull if you answer to me.
