XSS was marketed as budget console. Only handful of developers raised concerns, but it's nothing that they can't overcome with good optimization. It's simple if complex game like Cyberpunk2077 can run 60 fps on XSS. Then, the devs shouldn't be complaining over bits and pieces. What really held this generation back is lack of games from both Sony and Microsoft as well as support for the last gen consoles.

@@pixeljauntvr7774I agree with this. I’ve always said Xbox with Xbox one was focusing too much on being a “home entertainment system” rather than just a “game system” like Sony or Nintendo. It sounded cool on paper but it placed focused on things that didn’t matter instead of the games. When they tried to come back from that getting a lot of studios, it shot them in the foot not having immediate success. Xbox still being relevant is good for gaming cause competition is healthy, but Xbox is doing bad. And gamepass, I said it was not sustainable and only good on the consumer side and not developer side and some Xbox fans saw blood in their eyes and attacked me back. Xbox needs a redemption arc, but the die hard fans need to change too and stop saying things like the stupid “Xbox tax”, I don’t wanna hear that after hearing starfield was game of the century.

Anyone who watches this video and tries to defend Microsoft in some sort of brand loyalty, YOU’RE PART OF THE PROBLEM! I’m primarily a PC gamer, but I also own a Series X, PS5, and a Switch. Everything that is mentioned here is correct, and Microsoft/Xbox can look in the mirror if they want to see what the problem is with their strategy. Don’t defend a brand you like when they’re wrong. Call them out so they do better! Microsoft/Xbox have all the tools and assets to be great, they just are shooting them selves in the foot every chance they get.
