The process takes hours and requires that ALL of the blood in your body go through a machine like the COBE Spectra and get centrifuged to separate the components. It's not that someone simply withdrew a bit of plasma with a syringe. This is a simple explanation from the COBE site: "The COBE Spectra system uses centrifugal technology to separate whole blood into its major components. The system draws whole blood from a donor or patient, adds anticoagulant, separates the blood components, collects or removes specific components and returns uncollected components to the donor or patient. In therapeutic plasma exchange and red blood cell exchange procedures, appropriate replacement fluid is continuously returned."

I'm Italian, I live in a region full of olive trees, nobody drinks oil as if it were water. We use cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil for seasoning, cooking, not for frying because at high temperatures it is no longer as healthy as at low temperatures. Blending the onion for tomato sauce is ok, but for frying, if you really want to do it, peanut oil is better. It is also useful as a nourishing cream for the skin.
@EmilKlingberg Жыл бұрын
No, peanut oil is terrible for you, peanut has a lot of poly unsaturated fats that do not handle the heat as well as olive oils mono unsaturated and saturated fats. The omega 6 in peanut oil is not only incredibly easy to turn to transfat but will also cause high levels of inflamation as the ratio to omega 3 is not good.

Lol the Blueprint diet is so poor that you have to resort to straight up drinking oil just to survive another day. In summary, the diet is so balanced that you also need: 1. 100 pills a day 2. Hormone injections 3. Drink vegetable oil, literally 4. Fat injections 5. Nail paint because they've turnt yellow from malnutrition And this is how you want to spend 500 years of your life 😂

Brilliant, I am so tired of having to guess the quality of the food I am buying. Most oil is oxidised and not good for the health. Most extra virgin is counterfeit. I have completely removed it from my diet because it's a health risk. It would be great to have a company that can provide oil that is tested and of a good quality.
