1. Action oriented: take action to make sure the hair is always perfect. 2. Core values: My hair is a core value that must be maintained. 3. Minimal viable action means less time spent overall if the hair is maintained well more often. 4. Optimistic: I have the most awesome hair. 5. Probabilities, not certainties: On average, today will be a good hair day. 6. Worst-case scenario: In my old age, I'll go bald. Better be ready to address that. 7. Prioritize input over output: control what I can, and one thing in my control (until I go bald) is making sure my hair is awesome. 8. Extreme ownership: I cut and style my own hair. 9. No is a superpower: Do not touch my hair. 10. Foundational skill: Forget the gel and fancy stuff. A good comb is all you need most day. 11. Building leverage: my awesome hair helps me make friends & influence my surroundings. 12. Optimize for energy: Always take care of the hair during high-energy times. 13. Thinking time: reflecting deeply on my hair brings positivity in my approach. 14. Optimize my environment by making sure the hair never gets in my eyes. 15. Generosity: no joke: one of my kids grew their hair really long so that they could donate it to a kid with cancer who had lost their hair. True story. Love your channel, just couldn't resist. #15 is real though.

I haven't really consciously thought about #12 Optimize Time and Energy but, as I think about it, I recognize it to be true. My first three hours in the morning are my most effective for work. After supper and calming down for the evening I find there is about an hour that is my best free thinking time. I guess by then work is done and I am into processing the day and looking to the next day. Thank you,

Great list Tae. Action oriented is something I resonate with. Even if you make mistakes along the way, which is to be expected, keep moving forward always being active and you will see improvements over time.

Here is the deal: I don't have a car. I don't have cable or any streaming services or subscriptions. I never eat out -- breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I don't drink anything but water --- ever. I don't gamble, smoke, or do any drugs. I don't go on vacations. No coffee or booze, as noted earlier. I don't use the internet to buy anything -- ever. Practice this and you can easily live off of about 20k a year. Practice this, and truly retire early or retire stress free. What I do: Library, outdoor exploring/hiking, Reading, Exercise, Cook, Love, and Tennis.

I value your perspective and content .Bitcoin is on its way to breaking records, getting closer to hitting new high prices, showing that it's gaining more value and could go even higher than we've seen before. This could mean great things for people looking to invest, suggesting now might be a good time to get involved before it jumps even higher .

I love the idea of ‘experimenting with minimal viable actions.’ Starting small feels less overwhelming but still gets results. 🧠✨ Anyone tried this in their journey? 👇
