Such a very awesome series to start bro. You have my sub and like FOR SURE. His collection was a bit everywhere but I think that's what made it so special. Plus like you guys kept saying. "Quality over quantity" yessir!! When he busted out the flip screen TV and started playing a shooter on it I was jelly. 😅

Looks great! He is kinda correct, the biggest fun in collecting is finding deals in the wild, its sad that the prices are going up...

TIL about SFC Shadowrun, that is wild and definitely going to have to track that one down! I feel you on the 'restarting the collection' story I moved out of my parents' house in 2020 but still have to get the rest of my things.... long story. but ever since been trying to rebuild a retro collection I got a good set going for Saturn, Dreamcast, PS2, Game Boy and SNES/SFC! this was a neat interview.

I've been collecting since 1994. Some awesome setup enrique has. I bought nextgen in 94 and retro 8 bit and 16 bit now. I'm all over the place. I'm in japan now, ran out of money done 3000 dollars.

Really cool collection tour and retrospective on collecting in Japan. As someone that has been living there in 2011 when prices were still cheap, that was a great throwback! Question: at the beginning, there is a Sufami cartridge of Wild Guns shown, but it differs from the one I know (only the logo)… what’s up with that?
@enriquedelarosa150618 күн бұрын
that is because it is not the original cartridge. Wild guns on the Super Famicom has been an expensive title as far as I remember even just the loos cartridge and finding a cheap well done repro was enough to fill the gap! ^_^
@ChronoMoogle18 күн бұрын
@@enriquedelarosa1506 I see, thanks for the reply! Be wary about 3.3V chips on the cartridge though, Chinese bootlegs often use them because they are cheaper parts, but they can damage the hardware.

haha he should play the 2nd octopath, the final fights of 2nd octopath were crazier than the first octopath. (i played both and full completed both). i hope they make octopath traveler 3. its a great series. i just love turn based RPG, and final fantasy series should not have went action based (although i loved 16, the others were meh)
