Another Awesome kettlebell workout. Perfect flow, great mix of exercises. Nice short workout but can do twice through if you've extra time and inclination😊 Love it. Thank you very much 👍👏💖

This was a struggle, I’ve been on my bike for the last 3 weeks and haven’t done any weight training. I used my 12k bell and was absolutely blowing. 🥵🥵🥵

Hey Tom! The single, single, double had to be the hardest with all the coordination and the fear of making a hole through the TV or hitting my daughter 😅 Tomorrow, calisthenics to work on the arms
