Here is a lovely 15min neck and shoulder video for you! Great to release tension in the upper back and the places around the shoulder blades which can get so tight when you suffer from scoliosis.
⭐ If you have any injuries or other back conditions that make you unsure about practicing yoga then check with your health practitioner first.
⭐ If you are unsure of your curve pattern then make sure to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor. You can still do all of my practice videos without knowing your curve pattern - just make sure to practise symmetrically until you know more.
