0:40 Fellow ENTP here (ENFP, really, but I think the test fails to acknowledge the depths and balance between logic and emotion and the fact that technically all emotion is logic but that is a battle for another day. Now it's time to be argumentative for no real reason besides the fact that someone thinks strongly that they're right) Everything is opinion. It's all based on the way our minds perceive things, what we generally acknowledge as fact or opinion is structured from the evidence we perceive to be agreed upon vastly, but we have no way if judging whether or not the way we percieve things is correct because our minds could be entirely disfunctional which would mean we cannot gather any information that has a 100% probability of being correct. However, even if we do go by general fact and opinion standards, I'm sure if you asked her if that was her opinion she would say yes, because she knows that, she just doesn't say it because it's inefficient and makes her message less clear. It's basically a figure of speech. And if she understands what is true and you do as well, there is no need to be bitchy and agrue it. But it's still fun to be bitchy and agrue it- I mean why the hell do you think I'm writing this I don't actually care 😂

Technically there is no correct perception, there is just your perception, or mine, in my case. "Facts" don't exist. Also, probability is a joke
@entropy86343 жыл бұрын
1+1=2 is a fact Statement of "everything is an opinion" is not a fact, nor does it represent reality. Another example that doesn't involve math: "The object x weighs 1 Newton" is a statement that is a fact, provided that the object x does indeed weighs 1 Newton. "The object x is heavy" is an opinion. "The object x emits light in 650 nm wavelength" fact "The object x is glowing blue" is an opinion

@@entropy8634 Based on general fact and opinion standards, yes! If you go a step further a question the stability of your mind which you really have no way of knowing if your mind is completely out of order, then there is only a CHANCE of it being correct. But otherwise, yeah, totally.

BWAHAHA I'M AN ENTP AND I LOVE THIS 🤣 Watching this, I first had another daily existential crisis and laughed my ssa off in the same time. Great video and this is actually exactly how I want my first date to go. I'm impressed.

The escape thing is kinda funny, since I am an INTP and my friend is an ESFP - I never got into this situation, I always just say that I am drained and she is like "oh, sure, bye". It started after I introduced her to MBTI and explaining my type though...

Omg I’m scared. My boyfriend (ENTP) and I (INTJ) had the exact same conversation once.

I really respect the Keats reference. I’m intp but I dig his work. Also “pineapple” was nice. Idk if the ref was intentional.

As an ENFP I tried to apply this to my relationship with an INFJ... I guess the reason we stayed together is because he never did that. Maybe he never had a chance to because we had a long distance relationship from the get go.

I love your videos. I'm kinda new to them, so I've been dropping comments, heheh... I am an ISFJ and my INTJ does to me what the depicted ENTP does to the INTJ. And an INFP I know actually does carry a thick book and then shares it with someone. xD

I really enjoy your videos and I feel that they really capture the essence of the types! I honestly enjoy them more than Frank James's videos because they feel like something you can actually see people doing irl, instead of being overly caricatured versions that I can't relate to! I'm an INTP and your sketches sometimes really capture what an INTP like me would do. However, if I'm with an enthusiastic and outgoing Se-dom like the ESFP here, I'll likely say 'what the hell, lets talk music theory' and likely having that specific subject stuck in my head and then an hour later I have a question about something you said but the conversation has already moved on to something completely different, but I REALLY need to know the answer to that specific question so that it all makes sense to me. And then I either just ask the question if I'm with someone who knows my -ahem- disposition, or I'll hold it in for the rest of my life because I'm too lazy to actually look it up on the internet. INTPs can be really weird sometimes. You can think of us as robots who only wish to be normal humans and that look at human interactions as something to be emulated. A bit like Pinocchio in some ways.
