now I get it why w/o a dance experience and dance academy I can dance better than the ones who actually learnt how to dance. maybe it's my facial expression that contributes the most, and also my flexibility and the factor I'm known for I try to make everything look as if I'm the original [not flexing or anything but I do everything mentioned in this video except for dance in public cuz I live in a place where there aren't any kpop random dances or any sorta thing, but as an ENTJ I think I can dance in public very confidently as I did once in my school (honestly I can do anything if my parents or relatives aren't watching me, it just feel really awkward infront of them)] this video is useful.

Im not a beginner,I’ve been dancing for years but Im a perfectionist and even became a bigger last year which affected my dancing.I overthink every movement and Im really anxious when I dance and also stiff.I tried everything to stop it.Its not really easy to simply enjoy and live in a present.I tried deep breahting tehniques and stuff but it still takes a lot to get back as usual.Its almost a year since I’ve been like that and I dont know how can I relax.Any tips?

I guess by this time you might have made a decision already, but still I wanted to encourage you to go through it, you have experience in both dancing and singing, don’t lose the opportunity by overthinking. But still if you feel that you are not ready, give yourself time, but time is also precious for audition. You can do this, I am rooting for you!!!!
