Oh wow, this was so intense! Working in an office and sitting all day, my back is pretty weak, so the positions with the blocks were my personal horror. 😂 But at the end it felt very mobilised. Def will (and have to) work through this again! Thank you very much!❤

I’ve been working through some of your videos new and old since I found you last year, and this one is fantastic. Those block stretches are so much better than using the countertops to push down into like I have been doing for so long, new level unlocked 😅

A bit late to the party but this was a great session! I’ve been struggling with shoulder pain for some time now and seen various specialists who just shrug when I explain where it hurts 😅 but this felt like it did something good! I’ll be returning!

Hi Charlie, I really enjoyed the strap sequence (yes, shoulder flossing is important 😅) but I learnt something new with side stretch with strap overhead. It felt gooood, as did the backbend with the strap after that. Thank you!

Thank you Charlie! I’ve enjoyed this class a lot. Maybe next time you could give some tips/advices for who has hypermobile joints (in this case the elbows), because for example I’ve struggled a bit during the first exercises. Can’t wait to look forward to the next class :) Namaste
