Welcome to DAY 3 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today's class, we are focusing on the shoulders, upper back and chest. This class features a series of mobility and flexibility drills that will help to strengthen and stretch the whole of your upper body. You will need a strap and two blocks for this practice. Don't worry if you don't have those, a stack of books and a tie or a scarf are great alternatives. I hope you enjoy this class.

Oh wow, this was so intense! Working in an office and sitting all day, my back is pretty weak, so the positions with the blocks were my personal horror. 😂 But at the end it felt very mobilised. Def will (and have to) work through this again! Thank you very much!❤

I’ve been working through some of your videos new and old since I found you last year, and this one is fantastic. Those block stretches are so much better than using the countertops to push down into like I have been doing for so long, new level unlocked 😅

A bit late to the party but this was a great session! I’ve been struggling with shoulder pain for some time now and seen various specialists who just shrug when I explain where it hurts 😅 but this felt like it did something good! I’ll be returning!

Charlie, thank you for such an amazing class. I focused today on stretching my whole body and this helped me so much for my upper body! I enjoyed every second of it!

Hi Charlie, I really enjoyed the strap sequence (yes, shoulder flossing is important 😅) but I learnt something new with side stretch with strap overhead. It felt gooood, as did the backbend with the strap after that. Thank you!

Thank you Charlie! I’ve enjoyed this class a lot. Maybe next time you could give some tips/advices for who has hypermobile joints (in this case the elbows), because for example I’ve struggled a bit during the first exercises. Can’t wait to look forward to the next class :) Namaste

Hey Camilla thank you for joining me. YEESSS I'd be happy to go into more detail about this because I struggle with hyper mobility and I know a lot of people do without even realising it's something they are doing. So definitely more hyper mobility focused classes/tips coming soon x

I have really poor flexion movement, so this looks to be exactly what I need, thank you! How often would you advise me to use this? Alternate with a full body routine every other day, for example, or perhaps a different frequency?
