This one is great because the instructions are super clear! With working at home without a trainer, many videos are good if you know exactly how to do the moves, but I am not an expert, so videos like this one with clear directions are super super helpful!

Loviiiing her instructions and demonstrations! I love how she adds a lot of explanations about how to perform the movement to an optimal level + some anatomical infos. Clear programming and cues 😍😍

Thanks for this Great video! May I give you the following tip: When performing the Bicep Curls, do not hold the handle straps as you normally would, but keep your hands slightly bent towards the floor during training so that the handles are in your hand. Now the forearm muscles are switched off and the biceps muscles in particular are challenged more.

I enjoyed the work! I've been trying to research for a video similar to yours that really informs everything in this KZbin video. 👨‍⚕️ 👌 The descriptions at 1:10 is my fav.
