Hi. Just started with 10lbs, love your workout. I usually do loads of cardio, indoor rower, bike and skierg but need to do more muscle toning and your workout is great, I’m 62 going on 42.

This was great. So many medicine ball workouts get crazy too fast for someone who is new to them. This was a perfect mix of challenging yet achievable with lots of variations. Thanks!

I just got my first medicine ball and had to do this workout--It was GREAT and fast! I was already sweaty and burning from your Cardio & Core workout, but I wanted more! And even though I'm nursing tendinitis, I simply held the medicine ball in close instead of doing the presses and such--still felt the extra work the arms were doing and felt the extra weight in the legs. I'll be coming back to this one for sure--would love to see more/longer medicine ball workouts ;) :) XO-S

+Alizabeth Massing Absolutely! Just use a lighter ball if you can and take your time---take breaks if you need to, and if something feels like too much you can set the ball down and just do the movements without the medicine ball. Good luck!

I kinda laughed at this workout while watching it during warm up as Bodyfit by Amy suggests. I did these at the hotel. I needed it because all the hotel fitness centre had was 6-10lbs med balls, bike, treadmill and elliptical. I had already several KM on the machines previously. I'm not laughing anymore. what really helped shut me up was that Amy gives you basic moves...THEN gives you the option of the harder moves. Only a single movement was I able to do at the difficult option. I tried each of the harder movements. It helped me humbly go back to the easier movements for a good sweat. Don't be a douce. Try this workout. Beginner or not
