I love the serene setting and the calm vibes. I had a bit of a hard time with the squat but I’m working on being able to hold it longer with some help from your other videos. 😌

Tom, I love this vid! Please do an updated 15 mins. Also, you neglect the resting of the left leg! You go straight into the arm raises after doing the bit where you raise both arms! You rest the right leg but show no love to the left!

I'm a long time subscriber and for some reason, your videos weren't popping up on my feed anymore. I went to the gym today and wanted to do a flexibility routine and remembered your past videos. Having been away as a viewer for a couple of years, I have to say your already excellent videos have gotten even better!! The scenery behind you is unbelievably beautiful as well! The routine was great! I have a long way to go, but this helped a ton.

I've been experiencing a bout of anxiety lately (mostly due to not being consistent with stretching, getting in the gym, etc). Simply watching your videos alone, to follow along to, have been a godsend for me. Thanks for taking the time to provide such a great resource for us!

HI Tom, second to many of the comments here, i wonder if you can make more of the shorter routines in your follow along series. Maybe something more focused on lower body and something more on upper body, each last below 15 mins kinda routines/ Much appreciated with the content so far!

Tom your flexibility routines nave all treated me wonderfully so far. How do I choose between which if to follow? Would you recommend this newest one over the older ones?

If you have specific goals, for instance pancake or front split, then I would do those routines 2x per week, maybe 3. They’re a bit more intense and focused. If you want to just stretch and chill out with some general improvements, but slower, then shoot for a full body one. That can be done everyday or as often as you want to.

I'm no expert, but if you dod the same routine every day, your body would just adapt to it. Rotate the different routines.

Just like with diet: If you eat exactly the same food everyday you're going to imbalance the nutrient intake in the long term, while adding variety makes this less likely to happen... I was just wondering if there is an easy way to introduce my old man and others to a simple full body everyday routine that would keep 'em flexible and healthy, with no complications nor excesive research/mental effort/planning

Starting this routine tomorrow morning, planning on doing it every morning for the entire month of july. Ill check back here in a month to update myself how it went. For now, my squat flexibility, aka my hips and lower back is not the best. My shoulders are also not the greatest. Im waking up every morning with a stiff neck due to bad sleeling posture in which I always end up in.
