This is the video of Hanuman Asana or Split asana or 180 split. In this video you will get the knowledge about this split what are the common mistakes we are doing when we doing this asana and how to correct this mistakes and right technique of doing this asana. Just warm up hamstrings and hip joints by swinging kicks and then hold the Hanuman asan according to your level 5 mins each leg, you will definitely improve. Drills are fancy, an asan is perfect in itself.no drills needed.
