Best stretches I've ever tried. Slow, calming pace movements with clear instructions. Thank you Chloe. ☺️ Been doing my first ever pilates workout with you too. So far, so good, so effective. After a month of following your pilates workouts, I could feel the difference between my then and now strength, stability, and mobility. My posture has improved, my body looked leaner and relaxed than it was before I stumbled upon your channel. With the precise instructions you gave in every videos you made, I learned to synchronize my breathing to every movements you put in. As an appreciation, I let those ads went by before and after those striking, yet calming moves of yours. ☺️ Looking forward to moving with you next year. Happy holiday! ❤️
