I keep coming back to this particular workout because it's such a great reset. I particularly appreciate your description of the shoulder "gliding" back (and forth), as this more subtle direction of shoulder movement can still easily store tension, restrict range of motion, and cause soreness in the upper back. Thank you!

Hey Chloe, I enjoyed this workout so much :) It was more challenging than I thought and I realzied how stiff my back is. I will definitely come back to this a few times per week! And by the way thank you for all the workouts you create. I found your channel five months ago and since then I try to do your workouts on six days per week and they make me feel so much more confident and strong! Thanks a lot! Sending greetings from Germany :)

does this help with rib flare? :)
@GoChloPilates3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ava, It can help with rib flare yes, especially if you focus on your rib connection. Other strategies to help rib flare are thoracic (upper back) stretches and foam roller techniques. I'll link some videos for you below! kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJ_IdWeddqqtZtU kzbin.info/www/bejne/o4W0YaeCo7ihqLM
