About the hugging. There was a situation once. I meet this interesting woman, we talked for some time and drank tea and the I asked if I could hugg her. Neither of us pulled away for at least five minutes and it felt like we knew each other for 20+ years. Then we evantually stopped and looked into the face of a complete stranger. OMGSH this was EXACT question I had on my mind yesterday--took myself out and about in my little town for fun (farmer's market, two book stores, two cafes, library, outdoor bluegrass concert) and passed by many attractive young guys and froze every single time.
