Haldi has this thing called Circumin which is helpful in preventing cancer. And absorption and benefits gets increased exponentially when it is combined with black pepper. That's why Haldi doodh with pepper is famous in North India and here in the south we have it in Pongal, rice dish with haldi and black pepper.

It's okay if you can't track it accurately, I just watched how mom makes those sabjis and found an appropriate calorie for each of such dishes. Just make sure you don't overeat and track what can be tracked.

Remove dairy from your diet and itll reduce inflammation by a big amount. And add more fresh fruits and vegetables. Berries like strawberry, blueberry are very good but expensive. Add amla powder in your oats or smoothies. And eat as much bright coloured feuits and vegetables. The more colourful foods you eat daily, the more micronutrients and antioxidants you get.
