I have seen one of these in Australia it's been painted a most amazing Bronze Hazelnut colour with discrete cream highlights, I never realised they are as rare as they are. It still has the original supercharged engine as well. It was in the Adelaide, Australia 'Bay to Birdwood' run this year, and attended various motorfest functions around the city during the week.

My personal favorite in the Blackhawk Museum; the 1936 Auburn Cabriolet built in Auburn, IN and owned once by Maurice Chevalier. Influenced by two schools of art between the world wars; Streamline Modern and Art Deco. Someday, I hope the museum director will come to me and say “Bob in view of your many years of service to the museum, you can take home any car you like.” This would be it.

Now THESE are real beauties and , as you rightly said, "the REAL DEAL " ! Unlike those vintage cars that get a terrible "treatment" when uneducated people mess them up by " modernizing " them with new engines, interior , wheels, car stereos, etc.... I met Ed in NYC in the late 1990s during a car show and I saw him taking part to some Jay LEno's Garage episodes as well ; he is a well-known collector. A+ !
