1941 Caterpillar D2 5j Spring Perch Repair

This is a quick video of the 1941 Caterpillar D2 5j spring perch repair.

This condition was traced to a broken track frame right hand spring perch. A previous repair was poorly performed and most recent repair had barely been welded.
