Yep, now that I know it will function it will be worth a carb kit and possibly a fuel pump rebuild kit. But the primer hose is also suspicious.

Running on two cylinders now, but she still has a little ignition miss, hopefully just a bad plug

Could be, I'm about to pull the boat out for the season, I'll get some new plugs for it in the spring. Can't complain, it runs pretty good.
