I Got me a 1985 Kershaw survival knife from Cousin Erwin up in New York City. It is a Kershaw model 1005. Pretty scarce in today's market. check it out!

Man, back in the late seventies, early eighties I remember the survival craze was taking off. Kershaw was the leader in survival knives. They had several models that were really good. You definitely have a classic knife there 🗡️🗡️👍🏻👍🏻⚓⚓🇺🇲🇺🇲

My father-in-law just gave my husband a Kershaw just like this with all of the stuff that came with it! He was elated to say the least...

I got mine in the 1990’s . One of my favorite knives. Thickest blade I’ve ever seen on a survival knife -PERIOD. I paid $100.00 back then . These have turned into very rare models . Only a few on eBay usually . I’m hanging onto mine … good video BC tactical 5/5

Yes Sir! They are quite rare, especially one in good shape. I had to pay 195 for this one. They are thick, heavy duty knives.

I seen one of these in a store called World of Knives in a mall in Oklahoma City in 85 or 86.

I have often dreamed of opening a knife store, but I wouldn't sell any of the knives...so that would make it a knife museum or a gallery. Yes! A knife gallery! At any rate, thank you for watching and commenting Brother! I appreciate you taking the time.
