I get another 1989 Yamaha FZR250R parts bike for the motorcycle restoration, new parts also start arriving and I outline the plan forward with my three identical Yamaha motorcycles.

Thanks, nice to have some positive feedback, trying to keep it all relevant to each other but also some variety while making memories.

What a deal on the new parts bike! I've managed to get almost all the bits off the old cracked frame, but had a hard time with the swing arm pivot nut yesterday. Hope it all goes well for you!

I got to that nut today, took one look at it and pulled out the impact driver.... is that cheating? Love that tool.

Hey mate, love the progress videos, I’m doing my own restoration atm aswell, just wondering if you have the details on how you got those HEL brake lines ordered for the FZR 250???

Not sure where you are in the world but they are made in Auckland here in New Zealand. I had 2 options, I could have sent them the old lines and they would measure them but what I did was use thier online custom tool and measured them myself. Very happy with the service and quality. Pretty sure they ship internationally aswell.
