Hey Kris, I just read a book and it basically says that you can absolutely change the structure of your brain at any age according to recent findings.

If your problems are always floating around in your mind or if you’re always talking about them with a therapist or even a likeminded male, they start to consume your energy and your emotional stability ends up more at stake. Most problems can be solved through determination under immense stress and from being as mentally available and humble as possible. Also practicing accountability for the mistakes of others can be a huge boost to your self-worth because then people will see you not only as someone effective of solving their own problems, but the problems of others.

Great video as always. Men don't solve their problems by talking and complaining about them, they solve them by finding solutions!

Kris, I think you should make a video about dealing with the death of your loved ones. You now speak with such normality like "Yeah, my friend died in this road few years ago" like it's nothing... "Oh, I used to call my dad when I needed and he died a few months later." This type of thing requires a knowledge that we would like to get from you, if you're willing to. Wish you the best

What about visualizing my goals? so when those thoughts hit in, I start visualizing achieving my goals, high testosterone, great physique, high status, wealth, etc.... and then ask myself what do to right now to bring myself closer to those goals

If someone wants to do something they will do it selfishness in a man is soft as much as someone tries to help you it’s only you that can help yourself. You are how you are what you are done there will always be worse off than someone and also way better off
