BOWSER'S Forms: Weak to Powerful 💪
The face of video game antagonists and perhaps the most persistent villain in any form of media, Bowser has garnered a legacy of being the primary threat to the Mushroom Kingdom ever since the debut of Super Mario Bros. in 1985. Sure, Wario, Wart, Donkey Kong and others have stepped in on occasion to thwart the iconic Italian plumber, but no one has displayed their consistency and dedication quite like the Koppa King himself. Despite being the most reoccurring final boss in history, the actual form that Bowser takes has varied quite significantly from game to game. Whether that be due to the use of special items, being possessed by other characters, or an unexplained huge variation in size, Bowser may not surprise us with his presence but he can be very surprising in his presentation. Today we’re looking at the various forms of the destructive turtle to find out which ones are the least threatening and which ones would make us run for the hills.

Fury, Giga, Dreamy, Star Rod, Black, Giant, Shiny Robo, Molten, Cat, and Dry Bowser are pretty much Bowser's top 10 strongest forms. MegaDragon Bowser, Bowletta, and Shrowser don't count as they are just Bowser being possessed/brainwashed by antagonists worse than him. Bowcien doesn't count as it's just Bowser fused with Lucien and in full control of the latter's powers. Mega Baby Bowser is technically the same as Giant Bowser.

@@indominusreags2278both easily wins though, lore wise he can do literally anything. gameplay wise he is miles harder than any othera bowser, he 2 shots you in hard mode with any attack (he does like 180 damage while you have about 200) has hard to dodge attacks and protects his main health by protecting it with his two hands with two other different health pools and all 3 of those health pools regen every turn when he decides to do go in the background being unreachable and wont come back until you killed nearly all of the dozens of enemies he just summoned, while he himself has alot of health. cant think of any bowser fight harder than this, he has never been closer to ruling the whole world than in dream team.

Dreamy bowser I genuinely don't know- On one hand, the idea to inhale the dream stone fragments was made on a whim out of nowhere, with no thought put into it, or the potential horrific consequences that could occur, making that decision very incompetent- yet, it led to Bowser becoming nearly omnipotent, so it was also the most competent choice Bowser has ever made at the same time-

I strongly disagree with dreamy bowser. The power to wish for anything alone makes the fight automatically trivial. Need to weaken fury bowser? Wish for the light towers with the power to weaken him. Need to take away fury bowser’s powers? Wish the paint to be removed from his body. Want an advantage? Wish yourself to turn into his size and even clone yourself. Bowser has no problem doing stuff like this if he can create entire airships, with minions, functioning weapons, and functioning driving, create clones of himself, turn himself giant on a whim, and even replenish his own health. The dream stone doesn’t have a limit in power output. It’s as powerful as dreams itself. It only dissipated and shattered after bowser fight because Mario and Luigi literally crushed his dreams. They were too powerful for dreams and wishes to even affect them. Which may have a lot to do with Luigi considering it is said in game his brain wavelength is similar to that of pillo people and some of their deities. Zeekeeper is a straight up god that can tear through dimensions and Luigi solo’d him at max power. To add on to that last point, Mario fell asleep, in the dream world (which is death at that point) and was able to wake up from it when fighting antasma.

Fax all though Mario and lugi weren’t stronger than the dreams or they probably were but that’s not why they won the fight cause Dreamy Bowser was cleary more powerful than them it was only because of plot Mario and lugi won in reality he could just have wished them out of existence (erase them fully) as Bowser not only controlls every Dream World which is actually Universes and Universe clusters but straight out transcends them we know Dreamy Bowser was going to erase all dreams and recreate them for himself which also proves my point Mario was levels above Mouser who he alone could destroy entire dreams without a problem so you’re right om that but even Mario and Lugi dosen’t come close to the Dream Stone

I didn't know Bowser had some brother, or the fact that he was in the Skylanders franchise. There's also the Koopa Kid, from the Mario Party franchise and the Koopalings that are exempt from the list as well. As for who is most powerful, Black Paint Paper Bowser is capable of spreading Armageddon in the Paper world due to many forms of Black Paint wielding technology. Fury Bowser could be the real world Godzilla if its fury is left unchecked. You also missed the Sticker Crown Bowser from Sticker Star and Origami Bowser in Origami King.

What's interesting is that most of the villains who possess him remark about how amazingly powerful his body is. This implies that, if Bowser wasn't an idiot, he'd probably be able to make use of his natural talents to become nearly unstoppably powerful which is pretty much what happens every time a smarter villain possesses him. So in other words, Bowser is the worst user of his own body. Another thing that's interesting is that Bowser seems to be aware of some of the possible paths to ultimate power that would make him godlike, but refuses to use them and even chastises other villains who do go for these paths because those paths would cause great harm to his people. So he does have the means to become powerful enough to annihilate the Mushroom Kingdom by just farting in its general direction, but will never resort to those means because there are certain ethical lines he refuses to cross. The guy can probably do some demonic ritual that involves sacrificing all of the Koopas to turn him into a god, but he also likely burned the instructions on purpose so that it would never happen.

I agree Dreamy Bowser has one of most op superpowers around: Reality warping. He can create minions at will, clone himself, produce meat to heal himself by a lot of HP, an even turn himself big at will which is something that almost always requires outside force for Bowser to do. He just still had his weakpoints because he did just inhaled fragments of the Dream Stone instead of the entire thing whole. If he did, he'd probably be unstoppable.

If this counted bowser when he is not the antagonist, Bowser from Bowser's inside story is definitly the strongest, he could face a literal god who could absorb the soul of every living being in the mushroom kingdom even if mario and luigi helped, he is the one that pulls the dark star out of dark bowser and that alone is enough proof of how strong he was there

Technically, shouldn't Star Rod Bowser be the most powerful? He literally becomes invincible, with his invincibility was only countered by all 7 wish granting Star Spirits, and he possessed the ability to grant wishes himself. If he wanted to, he actually could have just wished Mario dead on the spot, but his pride made him want to actually defeat him in combat, which is what ultimately led to his downfall.

@@chadpeterson5698 in game it is stated he inhaled ALL of the dream stone fragments. Otherwise the dream stone would not be in one piece directly after the fight. You can see in his design that the dream stone is fully intact to prove this. So he was at full power, it is just Mario and Luigi are so powerful that they are completely immune to reality warping and stronger than dreams itself. And to be completely real, if what you said actually had been the case, and bowser was only absorbing a fraction of the dream stone granted you the ability to create life, food, constructs, duplicate, turn giant, enhance abilities, and wish for anything, then that implies the full power of it would make him unstoppable.

Giga Bowser should have been ranked higher because even though he lost he was able to hold his own against all the Smash Bros characters at least once and considering how many of them can defeat gods it's safe to say he most likely has godlike power as well.
