Just did Supported High Knee very slowly and carefully and am very gratified with the glut activation . i definitely need to do this at least 3 times a week. Love how you explain anatomical details and with just the right amount of detail.. I am a great believer in being able to understand the purpose of an exercise and then know what to look for. Thank you for videos.

Love your exercises ,these really help me as I had a right knee MANISCUS repair now needing a left knee repair.On hold cuz want to be able to have full mobility with no limitations. See u had 5 knee surgeries & keep going.. How?

Hi, may I know what is ur opinion on supplements to joint? Eg for chondrasamin n glucosamine? Conart? Coz after going on treadmill at gradient 16% stage 4, my knees had developed tissue swelling n discomfort when ascending n descending stair case. I used to take conart daily but some how, unsure if it helps. Feeling to discontinue.

I love everything you do but I have lateral pelvic tilt and can't perform the exercises . Any recommendations?

Elderly here. I had a simple blood test and it told me I was anemic. It did not specify what anemia I suffered from. But months later I started a multivitamin with iron and unbeknownst to me I fixed my own problem. Anemia can be iron or a vitamin B deficiency. From what I understand. Please connect with your physician care provider before taking any new supplements. But the multivitamin with iron helps me with the Restless Leg Syndrome

I had xrays done. I have arthritis all over. It hurts. I feel for you. I am working on: 1. Keep moving. No sitting for longer than 30 mins. I started his one minute walking jacks. I feel better already. 2. I am taking a multivitamin with iron. At my age and diet, I also need Vit D/K, Vit C, Vit B complex, and started a collagen peptide. ... among other things. Being an older female, we can't absorb as much as we used to in our diet. And we don't move as much as we need to, and so this young man who has had his knee replaced is just a little bit different than older female. He still has moves we can moderate and make work for us. Be sure to go to your doctor and talk to them about this or go to your homeopathic naturopathic doctor and see what you need to supplement your life. People's diets are horrid deficient. Hugs

Me too. There was too much pressure on my knee to do the exercise fully. I assumed I was supposed to be standing on the painful leg but he didn't make it clear at the beginning. He said put one foot on the floor 🤔
