Greetings from Norway. Can you make a video in which you do a analysis of the athletes?? doing tests to check their weakness/strengths and to then choose how they should work stability, flexibility etc before u do these explosive excersises?

I have a question. It’s an issue I’ve been struggling with forever. I recently bought the baseball power program. I’m seeing huge gains in the weight room, and my 10 yard sprint is down to 1.59 from 1.84 through the first four weeks. However, my 60 yard SUCKS I hit 7.5 today....it’s bad. In the baseball program I don’t see the actual 60 yard sprint ever done in training. Should I even test this throughout the program, or should I just keep going with the program and retest at the end of the 12th week? I know it’s a long question, but I’d greatly appreciate some help 👍
