@@michaelvictoriareese I will share my results when I make this recipe. Oh, you could probably use plain gluten free flour since these are flatbread type things. I find that the self raising one just gives a slightly lighter and less hard/cardboardy texture (when I make pancakes, anyway). I am in Australia, and we have pre-packaged plain and self-raising flours here.

They look fantastic, I'll be making some soon. I do have a suggestion/request. When choosing a thumbnail for the video it would be helpful to me if it included a photo of the finished dish. You have so many wonderful recipes from similar ingredients sometimes it takes me a while to sort through and find the one I want. To be sure, I could find a way to bookmark and relabel the video and copy/paste the recipe to another document and dozens of other ways I could do it. I'm not expecting you to tailor your videos to my disorganized existence but I wonder if other viewers may find it useful or if a pic of the final dish may entice new people to watch if it shows up on their main page? Please, this is not a criticism, I love your channel to bits.

Hello Agnes! 🤗 Welcome back! 🌷 So lovely to see you again!🥰 Yes, you can refregerate extras and warm them up in a pan or in oven whichever you prefer. You can re-heat the flatbread in the microwave, oven or on the stove top. Make sure you don’t over-cook them when it is time to re-heat or they will get tough and hard. To re-heat them in the microwave, wrap them in a towel and zap them for a few seconds at a time. You can even get the towel slightly damp which will hold in some steam and help keep them soft as you re-heat them. These flatbreads store well in the fridge for 4 days or in the freezer for 6 months. Love and hugs from me and Lancy! 😻😽 We have Indian Summer currently in the UK, it's so nice, sunny and warm. @@WeCookVegan Thank you for that information. When I lived in Massachusetts we had Indian summers, it was so wonderful. Now living in Texas it goes from extremely hot to not to bad hot. Those are.the times I enjoy the outdoors. Regardless of temperature I always feed the wild birds and squirrels etc. I will suffer through the heat and rain to watch them. You can use any other flour, and compare the density of it. oat flour is less dense so you would need to use more. You can use any other flour as long as you get the ratio correct. I havent tried baking this recipe but i think it would work! Thanks for watching this video☺️🥰❤️

You would be better to check in the search box for a recipe for potato scones -- same general principle, but a Scottish staple and absolutely delicious. (Also known as "tattie scones"). Check a few recipes -- they are all pretty similar, but the ideal Scottish potato scones are thin.

Try fry that sweet potato with flour and cornstarch batter, add a little bit of sugar, salt and vanilla powder. Eat it warm, serve with coffee in the evening.

I think this recipe is best off being made on a pan, you can reduce the amount of oil you use if thats your concern! I have many recipes that you can bake alternatively❤️🥰👋
