My wife and I were there in late June 2023 (maybe close in time to when this was filmed?) and were so blown away by the experience that we took very few photos (at least of the dinner). It was so great to re-visit this! Thank you for filming and especially for being discrete about it!

Thanks for the upload. I was wondering in the austrian alps to get sweet potato dishes. Now I see at KOKS in Greenland. Why? It's not from the areas at all, or? Why don't use local carrots instead?

You are definitely a to Michelin star restaurant but the being of the video is to long for people that have no passion and want to see how and what you use to make your food and drinks and this is just my opinion
