What is new community is planned for New Rd, Lewes, DE behind the recently developed Schell Brothers New Estate Lots?

That is going to be a community called Glenwood - proposed as 131 single family units on a 78 acre plot

Pease stop the building. I only been here for less then 5 years, but the number of new homes is ridiculous! Thanks for mentioning the next date of the hearing: I will be there to OPPOSE!!!!
