Red only had 30 troops left on cap after killing blue in Australia, as well as 5 cards. I couldn't understand why you didn't take card in China after blue kill to check how many he had left.

Yup for some reason at this point in the game i still wasn't completely sold on Blue being in Australia, I thought Blue may still have a position in NA. This is silly though, bc red is clearly starting with +5 instead of +7, indicating someone is blocking his Australia (and Blue is "missing"). After the Blue kill, that is the time for me to swing Red as they are weak and set next turn. Killing red also sets me again to stabilize (if I get a bad roll) so is worth the risk most likely. When I watched this back, I was confused at my thought process, but sometimes I get to talking to the camera and miss things like that 😂💀

i could have thrown a couple troops on that black 1 cap sure, but that does not align with my goal on the board. the left side of the board is a warzone and that cap is sure to continue being rolled (while i dont have a bonus to support holding 2 caps). cant guard both and also make my play for the whole right side at the same time in this moment. my strat in that moment is to take all the troops i can possibly obtain to make a play for the 2-point asia/australia. at this moment I still didnt know red was also going for the right side, thus needed all available troops on the right side when i went looking (incase I could make a much larger impact play related to my goal). there's multiple ways to play of course that can all lead to a win, just personal preference 😄
