Today, I am super excited to share not one, but two delicious recipes with you: Restaurant Style #PaneerButterMasala and #PaneerMakhani. Both of these #paneerdishes are rich, creamy, and perfect for family dinners. Paneer Butter Masala is especially popular and a top-seller among paneer dishes.
In this video, I'll show you how to prepare these mouth-watering dishes, as I prepare in my #cloudkitchen using my special Master gravies - Chop Masala, Makhani Gravy, and White Gravy. The process is quick and easy, making it perfect for both home cooks and commercial kitchens.

Ingredients :
Paneer Butter Masala (Full Portion)
Serves 3 to 4 people
Paneer 280gm
Makhni gravy 200gm
Chop masala 80gm
White gravy 50gm
Chop Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Chop Garlic 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Dhaniya jeera powder 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chillis
Salt acc to taste
Kasoori Methi 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala
Butter
Cream 1.5 teaspoon
Paneer Makhani (Half Portion)
Serves 2 to 3 people
Paneer 170gm
Makhni Gravy 210gm
White Gravy 50gm
Salt acc to taste
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste
Elaichi powder 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon
Dhaniya jeera powder 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar acc to taste
Kasuri Methi 1/4 teaspoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Cream

Itna detail me koi nahi batata bahut jyada dedication mehnat se aap banate ho n video share karte ho tough job . Quantity ingredients gravy masala everything is so rich fresh satisfying . I dnt think hotels mein itna fresh kahinnmilta hoga app jaisa .harbkoi apki tarah customers viewers k liye itna nahi sochega. 👍

Thank u ❤...... Coriander jeera powder mein hum humesha sabat dhaniya zada lete hain jaise ki 3:1....3 parts sabat dhaniya and 1 part sabut jeera.... Agar aap ne 3 cups sabut dhaniya liya hai to 1 cup jeera le le.., aur agar 3 tablespoons liya hai, 1 tablespoon jeera le lijiyega....
